Construction requirements of glass rod

The inner wall insulation Fiber Glass is made of medium alkali or Fiber Glassd as the base material and then coated with modified acrylic copolymer glue. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, heat resistance, alkali resistance, waterproof, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, and dimensional stability.

1. The first floor of the building, door and window openings, decorative seams, corners and other parts should be covered with an additional layer of alkali-resistant glass rod, and then a layer of anti-cracking mortar should be applied.
2. The overlap length of ordinary alkali-resistant glass rod should not be less than 100mm, and the reinforced alkali-resistant glass rod is only connected, not overlapped.
3. The width of each side of the alkali-resistant glass rod at the corners should not be less than 20mm.
4. The alkali-resistant glass rod around the door and window openings should be turned out of the wall by 100mm, and a layer of 400mmX30mm alkali-resistant glass rod should be added at the four corners along the 45° direction.
