The Profile Pvc is woven with medium-alkali or alkali-free Glass Fiber yarn and coated with alkali-resistant polymer emulsion. azek corner is widely used, such as wall reinforcement materials, waterproof roll cloth, and asphalt roof waterproofing, but azek corner will also turn yellow, so the editor will analyze the reasons for the yellowing of Profile Pvc for you.

The normal color of Wall Corner is white, but sometimes yellow will appear in the production process of beading pvc, that is, some yellow is mixed in the white, and this yellow is not artificial, not deliberately filled.

And this is also uncontrollable. Sometimes the temperature will be difficult to control after a long production time, and yellow spots will appear when the temperature rises suddenly. So if the beading pvc is baked yellow, will it have any impact?

After continuous testing, we found that it basically has no effect on our normal use when it is baked yellow. It just has some impact on the appearance. If you use it yourself, this will not affect anything. But if it is sold, there will be some impact.

This is also a project we are trying to control. Recently, we have made a lot of improvements in the production process, using electric furnaces instead of coal-fired furnaces, so that the temperature can be well controlled. I remember that a customer once sent me a sample of this baked yellow color. The customer said that this color was very beautiful, so he wanted to purchase this.
