Taking 80g-120g as the dividing line, 5g is a grade; products less than 80g and more than 120g mostly use alkali-resistant emulsion as the coating material, and products between 80g and 120g mostly use urea-formaldehyde glue as the coating material.
The finer warp and weft yarns of small weight products cannot fix the urea-formaldehyde glue well. The urea-formaldehyde glue of high weight products will make the thicker yarns harder and more brittle, so use high viscosity, soft and alkali-resistant emulsions. Some of the Fiber Glass sizes in the middle are uniform in thickness, and the softness and hardness of the product have little impact on the actual quality, so we choose to use lower-cost urea-formaldehyde glue.
