1. Tensile test
Take 2 samples of 3-meter 160-gram glass yarn and place them horizontally on the tensile testing machine. There is a tensile display on the machine. Then turn on the machine to test the tensile force and record the value. Then put the second sample vertically on the tensile testing machine, turn on the machine, and record the value. If the horizontal and vertical tensile force is not less than 1080N and 840N, it means that the tested product is qualified.
2. Detection of grams
Take a 10-meter sample and weigh it on a scale to see if the average weight per meter can be reached. If it reaches the standard, the product is qualified.
3. Appearance requirements
First of all, the Fiber Glass must be a regular square, and the Fiber Glass size requirement is 4mm*4mm. Then observe whether the glass yarn has broken warps, short wefts, missing warps and wefts, cuts and tears, skewed wefts, stains, uneven curls and debris, which means it is qualified.
