The energy saving of glass yarn is not just for indicators

However, it would be incorrect to regard energy-saving work simply as a task to achieve targets. In fact, the reason is very simple. If it is purely to achieve the target, for example: if the glass yarn we produce is just to achieve the target and ignore other properties, the construction site and other user units will terminate the cooperation, and the payment will also be lost. It is difficult to recover, so the production of the company will be difficult and will inevitably be affected to a certain extent.

1. Tensile test
Take 2 samples of 3-meter 160-gram glass yarn and place them horizontally on the tensile testing machine. There is a tensile display on the machine. Then turn on the machine to test the tensile force and record the value. Then put the second sample vertically on the tensile testing machine, turn on the machine, and record the value. If the horizontal and vertical tensile force is not less than 1080N and 840N, it means that the tested product is qualified.
2. Detection of grams
Take a 10-meter sample and weigh it on a scale to see if the average weight per meter can be reached. If it reaches the standard, the product is qualified.
3. Appearance requirements
First of all, the Fiber Glass must be a regular square, and the Fiber Glass size requirement is 4mm*4mm. Then observe whether the glass yarn has broken warps, short wefts, missing warps and wefts, cuts and tears, skewed wefts, stains, uneven curls and debris, which means it is qualified.
We need to save energy while also ensuring the basic needs of enterprise production and people's lives. If the achievement of energy-saving targets comes at the expense of economic development and quality of life, such energy-saving and consumption-reducing work will undoubtedly run counter to its original intention. When we do a good job in energy conservation, the ultimate goal should be to improve our production efficiency and benefits, and improve our living environment and quality. Therefore, the energy saving aspect of glass yarn is by no means as simple as completing the target.
