Standards for identifying appearance defects in glass yarn

The prescribed standards for identifying mesh appearance defects mainly start from the following points:

(1) Any appearance defects with different names and different degrees on adjacent glass yarn should be deducted separately. However, if they are mixed together, points will be deducted according to seriousness.
(2) Within the specified length, points will be deducted according to the number of defects, and the division of defects shall be strictly selected.
(3) All defects that are deducted based on the length of the glass yarn will be calculated based on the maximum length.
(4) When measuring the length of intermittent or scattered defects in the Fiber Glass, if the spacing is 1 cm or less, measure the entire length. If the spacing is greater than 1 cm, measure the lengths separately.
(5) Defects such as debris and drag must be repaired. If the repair is poor, points will be deducted based on similar defects.
(6) The cutting position of the false Fiber Glass should be clearly marked, regardless of the output, and the starting point for deducting the output is 10 cm. The length of false cutting at one time shall not exceed 3 meters, and any length exceeding 3 meters shall be used as cutting. When the distance between two false cuts is less than 1 meter, the distance will not be counted in the output.
(7) No points will be deducted for wrong warp, loose warp, double warp, wrong thread, warp, shrinkage and displacement within 1 cm from the edge of the glass yarn.
(8) If a defect is deducted 5 points, it can be treated as false cutting.
(9) For defects not specified in this standard, points can be deducted based on similar defects. It is handled by the enterprise quality management department.
