Some rules for you to identify the appearance defects of glass rod

(1) Any appearance defects with different names and different degrees close to the glass rod should be deducted separately, but if they are mixed together, points will be deducted according to seriousness.

(2) Within the specified length of the glass rod, points will be deducted according to the number of defects and the locations will be carefully selected.
(3) All defects in the Fiber Glass that are deducted based on length will be calculated based on the maximum length.
(4) When measuring the length of intermittent or scattered defects on glass rod, if the distance is 1 cm or less, measure the entire length. If the distance is greater than 1 cm, measure the lengths separately.
(5) Defects such as Fiber Glass debris and drag yarn must be repaired. If the repair is poor, points will be deducted according to similar defects.
(6) The false cutting area should be clearly marked, regardless of the production value, and the starting point for production deduction is 10 centimeters. The length of false cutting at one time shall not exceed 3 meters, and the length of false cutting shall not exceed 3 meters. When the interval between two false cuts is less than 1 meter, the interval will not be counted in the production value.
(7) No points will be deducted for wrong warp, loose warp, double warp, wrong warp, warp, continued shrinkage and displacement within 1 cm from the glass rod.
(8) A defect of 5 points may be deducted as false cutting.
(9) For defects not covered by this specification, points can be deducted based on similar defects. The company's quality management department is responsible for handling.
