How to choose good quality glass rod

Faced with Fiber Glass of different specifications, manufacturers, and uses on the market, how should we choose? Here is a brief introduction based on the following conveniences:

1) First look at the Fiber Glass manufacturer. Be sure to choose a manufacturer with a large scale and good reputation. The Fiber Glass produced by some small factories have few specifications or cannot be customized individually, which cannot meet the demand; the equipment of small factories is often worn out or the production technology is poor, and the quality of the Fiber Glass produced is not guaranteed; small factories will make mistakes in terms of meters and weight. They are manipulative, the meter is not enough and the weight is not enough, and they cut corners to gain profits.
2) When you get the glass rod, first check whether its overall shape is good, whether the glass rod size is uniform and regular, and whether the longitude and latitude lines are firmly combined. These problems are generally caused by the processing technology;
3) Check the material quality of the glass rod. We can remove a few longitude and latitude threads from the edge of the glass rod, and then stretch it hard to see its tensile strength. If it is brittle and easy to break, there must be a quality problem;
4) The weight of the glass rod can be judged through calculation. Each roll of Fiber Glass has a number of meters and a weight. Check whether it reaches its grams per square meter based on the load-bearing capacity. If it does not, it is either that the number of meters is not enough or that the weight is not enough.
