Glass yarn plays a certain role in building insulation and anti-cracking projects

There are two types of glass yarn for exterior wall painting and plastering: one is glass yarn with a weight of more than 100 grams; the other is a glass yarn with a weight of less than 100 grams. Reasonable material selection and grid cloth specifications for painting construction should be carried out according to the requirements of the region and construction unit. Mostly 5*5, wire diameter between 0.4-0.9mm.

1. Wall inspection and quality inspection standards
Check whether the wall is flat and the verticality of the wall must meet the national acceptance standard of 2m ruler-4mm.
Whether there are hollows, cracks, sanding, etc. on the wall, the plastering layer should last for 15 days and the dryness should be less than 11%.
2. All door and window openings and insulation termination parts should be pasted with flap nets.
The width of the overwrapped net should be determined according to the thickness of the insulation board required for on-site insulation. The width of the net pasted on the wall should be greater than 65mm. The width of the net turned over to the board should be about 100mm. The throw-out part should be kept clean.
3. Grinding. After the construction of the insulation board is completed, perform a smooth grinding process on the board surface. Note: Under the premise of normal temperature.
4. When nailing the insulation board, be careful not to hit the board surface to avoid damage and rework. Keep a 90° right angle when drilling to avoid distortion and maintain a good depth.
5. When installing the grid strips, stir the glue and apply it to the area in the groove before installation. The welded Fiber Glass must be adhered to. The grid strips should be horizontally aligned with the board surface.
6. Lay and stick the glass yarn, make preparations, and clean the wall again. When laying the glass yarn, pay attention to sticking it from top to bottom; after the laying is completed, check whether the external wall insulation layer is regular and whether the doors and windows are vertical.
