(1) The influence of wind 
Arch bead construction is carried out outdoors. When the wind speed exceeds 5m/s, the heat loss in the foaming process is too large, the raw material loss is too large, the cost increases, and the atomized droplets during spraying are easy to fly away with the wind, causing pollution to the environment. Therefore, when the wind speed exceeds 5m/s, it is not suitable for construction. If necessary, a windproof curtain can be used to solve the problem. 
(2) The influence of ambient temperature and wall surface temperature 
The more suitable temperature range for pvc Beads spraying polyurethane foam should be 10~35C, especially the temperature of the wall surface has a great influence on the construction. Due to the large heat storage coefficient of concrete and brick walls, their surface temperature is usually lower than the ambient temperature in autumn and winter. At this time, the construction temperature of spray polyurethane foam must be strictly controlled. When the temperature is too low, certain measures can be taken to insulate the raw materials and increase the raw material temperature to compensate for the poor foaming phenomenon caused by the low wall temperature. When the temperature is lower than 10°C, the foam is easy to fall off and bulge from the wall, and the foam density increases significantly, wasting raw materials. Therefore, it is not suitable for construction when the temperature is lower than 10°C. When the temperature is higher than 35°C, the foaming agent loss is too large, which also affects the foaming effect.
(3) The effect of moisture on spray foaming
Since the (-NCO-) group in isocyanate easily reacts with water to form a urea-containing structure, the increase in the content of this structure can easily increase the brittleness of polyurethane rigid foam. In severe cases, it affects the adhesion between polyurethane rigid foam and the surface of the object. Therefore, before spraying polyurethane rigid foam on the exterior wall of the building Profile Pvc, a layer of polyurethane moisture-proof primer should be applied to eliminate the influence of water and water vapor. Construction is generally prohibited on rainy days.
(4) Wall base factors
The surface of the building edge bead exterior wall should be free of dust, oil, moisture, unevenness, etc. If necessary, it should be cleaned, cleared and removed first. Otherwise, it will have a great impact on the adhesion, thermal insulation and flatness of the sprayed polyurethane rigid foam.
