Profile Pvc is the base material of Wall Corner reinforced cement (GRC). With the deepening of wall renovation and economic development, GRC has been widely used in various applications such as building interior and exterior wall panels, insulation boards, air duct boards, garden pieces, art sculptures, civil engineering, etc. It can make some products and components that are difficult to achieve or incomparable with reinforced concrete. It can be used for non-load-bearing, secondary load-bearing, semi-load-bearing building components, decorative parts, agricultural and animal husbandry facilities and other occasions.

The Profile Pvc is made of medium-alkali and alkali-free Profile Pvc as the base material and is post-treated with acrylic copolymer glue. The Profile Pvc has high strength, excellent alkali resistance and acid resistance, strong adhesion to resin, easy solubility in styrene, excellent stiffness and positioning, and is mainly used as a reinforcing material for cement, plastic, asphalt, roofing, and walls. Mainly used for GRC pre-laying, coating or mechanized forming, especially suitable for on-site construction of exterior wall insulation projects
1. 14.5% to 16.7% zirconium dioxide and 6% titanium dioxide are introduced into the glass component, melted at 1600℃, drawn into continuous filaments by platinum leaks, and then spliced and twisted into textile Wall Corners. During the drawing process, the single filaments are coated with high molecular water-soluble epoxy resin and coupling agent to meet the affinity of the Profile Pvc with alkali-resistant polymers during later processing.

In order to further improve the safe and stable durability of the Profile Pvc, after being warp-knitted into a gauze shape, it is coated with styrene-butadiene rubber and pure acrylic emulsion again, and the constant temperature, constant speed and constant tension control technology is used to make it fully adhesive and effectively resist the erosion of the polymer mortar Ca(OH)2 hydration period on the Profile Pvc. The anti-slip strength of the Profile Pvc intersection after coating is 3.5 to 4.5N.
3. In addition to the alkali-resistant coating, the main alkali-resistant way of Profile Pvc is to form a mixed film of zirconium and titanium ions on the surface of the fiber itself to prevent erosion by alkaline substances. As time goes by, the chemical state of zirconium gradually tends to be stable. The alkali resistance retention rate of Profile Pvc is greater than 85%, which is much higher than other Wall Corner alkali-resistant coated Profile Pvc, so we can also call it a natural Profile Pvc.
