Second, the weight of the surface coating emulsion. The emulsion itself is a white liquid with viscosity. If compared, it is very similar to milk. The density of the emulsion is very high. When it is coated, it is easy to stick to the surface of the blank. After measurement, the mass of the emulsion per square meter of the Profile Pvc reaches 5-10 grams.
Therefore, when making Corner Guards, the gram weight of the selected blank is not the gram weight of the finished product, but it should be slightly smaller. After coating and baking, its weight reaches the required product gram weight.
