The current national technical standard for Profile Pvc (JG): The alkali-resistant tensile breaking strength of the l shaped pvc in the warp and weft directions shall not be less than 750N/50mm, the alkali-resistant tensile breaking strength retention rate shall not be less than 50%, and the weight per square meter shall be ≥130 grams. The alkali-resistant tensile breaking strength of the JG Profile Pvc in the warp and weft directions shall not be less than 1250N/50mm, the alkali-resistant tensile breaking strength retention rate shall not be less than 90%, and the weight per square meter shall be ≥160 grams.

Breaking strength and alkali-resistant strength retention rate: It is generally known that breaking strength and alkali-resistant strength retention rate are important properties of quarter bead. Breaking strength is inseparable from the count or weight of Glass Fiber. At present, the weight of Profile Pvc used in the external wall insulation system on the market is generally around 130 grams per square meter, and the strength is generally low. If this requirement is met, the weight per square meter must be above 160 grams.
