How to glue and position the Profile Pvc?

We have all seen the finished Profile Pvc, and we also know that Profile Pvc is generally used for building exterior wall insulation, but most people don’t know how the Profile Pvc is baked in the workshop. Here is an introduction to the work flow of pvc L Shaped workers in the Profile Pvc production workshop:

1. First, install the pvc L Shaped blank to be baked (generally more than 600m per roll) on the baking furnace, and then use a rope to pull the Profile Pvc blank to fix it on the paper roll at the other end of the baking machine.

2. Set the number of meters of Panels Corner. There is a device for calculating meters on the baking furnace. We set the number of meters required by the customer, and the machine will stop automatically when the Panels Corner is baked to the corresponding number of meters.

3. The configuration of the glue emulsion, the l Pvc Profile worker mixes the glue according to a certain proportion, mixes it evenly, and pours it into the glue storage tank of the baking furnace.

4. Start the machine, and then add coal to the baking furnace from time to time to ensure the temperature.

5. Packaging. When the l Pvc Profile is baked to the required number of meters, the worker cuts the cloth with scissors and continues to run the machine. The Profile Pvc is sealed with plastic and then covered with white woven cloth, and the production is completed.
