Product Description

Electronic grade Fiber Glass cloth has good insulation, heat resistance, Anti Corrosion and high mechanical strength. It is used in three major application fields: electronics, transportation and construction. It is an inorganic non-metallic material with excellent performance and has many types. Its advantages are good insulation, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and high mechanical strength. However, its disadvantages are brittleness and poor wear resistance. Glass Fiber is often used as reinforcing materials in composite materials, electrical insulation materials and thermal insulation materials, circuit substrates and other fields of the national economy.


Fiberglass checkered cloth is an untwisted roving plain weave fabric and is an important base material for hand lay-up FRP. The strength of gingham cloth is mainly in the warp and weft directions of the fabric. For occasions that require high strength in the warp or weft direction, it can also be woven into a unidirectional fabric. It can arrange more twistless rovings in the warp or weft direction. Features of Electronic Grade Fiberglass Cloth: 1. It is used between low temperature -196℃ and high temperature 300℃, and has weather resistance. 2. Non-adhesive, not easy to adhere to any substance. 3. Resistant to chemical corrosion, able to withstand corrosion from strong acids, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents. 4. The friction coefficient is low, making it an oil-free self-lubricating choice. 5. The light transmittance reaches 6~13%. 6. It has high insulation performance, anti-ultraviolet and anti-static properties. 7. High strength and good mechanical properties. 8. Drug resistance.
