1. Construction preparation

Material preparation, the main structure has been inspected by relevant personnel, the dust and debris on the surface of the base wall have been cleaned up, and the aerated block wall has been sprayed with water one day in advance.

2. Operation process

1. Base cleaning

Clean up the dust and debris on the surface of the wall that has been inspected, and chisel and level the mold.

2. Sprinkle water and moisten

The wall should be sprayed with water the day before construction. It is advisable to soak the water into the aerated block wall 8 to 10 mm. In dry weather, the wall is still dry and not wet when plastering. It should be sprayed with water again before construction.

3. Scrape the bottom slurry

Use an iron trowel to evenly scrape the cement slurry mixed with 107 glue on both sides of the wall of different materials. The bottom slurry should be even and flat, without exposing the base layer, and then the Profile Pvc should be laid.

4. Hang the Profile Pvc

Put the pre-cut corner Pvc tightly on the scraped bottom slurry, and use an iron trowel to scrape and press it into the bottom slurry,

leaving no wrinkles, and the two sides of the corner Pvc are straight and uniform, with the same width.

5. Scrape the surface slurry

After the Profile Pvc is laid flat, use an iron trowel to apply the cement slurry on the Profile Pvc, requiring that the Angle Bead should not be exposed and the slurry should be pressed flat.

6. Watering and curing

After the Angle Bead is stretched and pasted, if the interior wall plastering construction cannot be carried out immediately, watering and curing should be carried out after 12 hours to ensure that the surface is moist, and the curing time is not less than 3 days.
