Nowadays, many buildings have insulation layers on their exterior walls, but there are gaps between the insulation boards. Filling the gaps with mortar can easily cause regular cracks on the surface of the plaster mortar; because the bonding area of ​​the insulation board is too small, hollowing during the pasting process will also affect the bonding force. For example, obvious hollowing may cause cracks on the surface.
Application of plaster angle bead on the wall
The plaster mortar layer is too thin to cover the insulation board, and after the paint is applied, obvious traces of plaster angle bead and anchor bolts are likely to appear. The plaster mortar layer is too thick or the second layer of plastering is applied before the first layer of plaster mortar is completely dry, which is prone to shrinkage cracks.
In the external wall insulation system, Profile Pvc with a certain alkali resistance should be used. If Profile pvc with a certain zirconium content is used, the alkali resistance of the Profile pvc and the long-term stability of the entire external wall insulation system can be greatly improved. This type of product plays a great role in improving the strength of the entire system.
