About the stretching method of plaster angle bead

1. Lower tensile strain
If the Profile Pvc node does not slip when it is stretched, but the tensile strain is large, it will also cause the plastering mortar to crack at an early stage.
About the stretching method of plaster angle bead
The tensile strain of the Profile pvc includes the strain at the early stage of tension and the strain at the time of fracture. It can be expressed by the tensile force at elongation of 0.25%, 0.5%, and 1.0% respectively; and the tensile force (breaking strength) and fracture strain at the time of fracture.
2. Higher node strength
If the plaster angle bead node slips when it is stretched, the stress at the initial stage of force is mostly borne by the plastering mortar and cracks are generated.
The test method of node strength is: cut a 330mm×50mm test strip (the weft yarn must be an odd number) along the weft direction, cut all the yarns on both sides about 150mm from the end of the test strip (need to be cut in the center of the node), leaving only one weft yarn in the middle.
After 50mm (or 6 nodes apart), cut the middle weft yarn. The test strip is subjected to a tensile test on a tensile testing machine. The test machine clamps the central weft yarn at one end and all the yarns at the other end, and reads the force (N) of the yarns being pulled out.
The external wall insulation system requires the node strength of the plaster angle bead to be ≥3.2N/single yarn.
