Product Description

Electronic-grade fiberglass cloth, also called electronic Glass Fiber, is a key basic source material in electronic information, aerospace and other industries. It appears in almost every electronic component and can be found in all fields of the national economy and national defense industry.


Electronic glass fiber cloth (referred to as electronic cloth) woven from electronic glass fiber is an essential basic material for the copper clad laminate (CCL) and printed circuit board (PCB) industries. Its performance determines the performance of CCL and PCB to a large extent. Important properties such as electrical properties, mechanical properties, and dimensional stability. Good electrical insulation properties, fire retardant, waterproof, Anti Corrosion, weather resistance, high strength, high modulus, etc.

Glass Fiber Material

Among them, model 7628 is widely used. 7628 electronic Fiber Glass cloth mainly uses electronic grade glass fiber yarn (E-GLASSFIBER) and is woven with a plain weave.


Features of 7628 model cloth: 1. Excellent bundling, low static electricity, and low lint content. 2. Good temperature resistance and extremely low color difference. 3. It has good interface properties with the matrix resin. 4. It has very good fluidity in resin. 5. It can give composite materials good physical and chemical properties. 6. Use silane coupling agent. 7. Use proprietary sizing agent to ensure good compatibility between chopped fibers and matrix resin.
